About CoupMe.com

Your city, your way, one deal a day. Get your Coup On!

We started CoupMe, a division of CoupMe Worldwide, LLC, in Boston, on August 3, 2009, to offer Boston area shoppers, or as we like to say, Coupers, Boston’s best deals at Boston’s best prices.

By the fall of that year, just three months into our journey, the demand for CoupMe skyrocketed, the volume exceeded every benchmark we had established and the enthusiastic requests to expand beyond Boston became too numerous to count.

So, in January 2010, because of your encouragement and support, we brought on a new senior management team, secured outside financing and began CoupMe’s national expansion with the goal of bringing CoupMe’s Deal of the Day to cities and towns across the country.

Although CoupMe has grown more complex since our modest launch in 2009, our simple mission remains exactly the same. We want you to enjoy the best of what your city has to offer in the most affordable way.

Please look for CoupMe to launch in your city or town. We hope to be there soon. And remember, Keep on Couping!

I bought a deal on Coupme and when I tried to use it at the restaurant, was told they were under new membership and no longer accepting the coupme certificate. I immediately emailed and then called Coupme and left messages asking for a refund. Nobody ever picks up the phone at Coupme – I’ve called 7 times and left 6 messages and talked to a guy once. I also emailed 3 times with ZERO response and ZERO call backs. The guy I spoke to told me he would send my refund via check (even though I paid through credit card) but I never received this check. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I cant believe how I got screwed and they won’t even return an email or call. Stay away.

Wow, that sucks!

I’ll see what I can do Lisa.

Cheers,

I have been trying to reach coupme to put in a complaint about
a coupme that I purchased and have called and called. The phone is
off the hook and no one ever calls back if you leave a message. I want some
satisfaction here. My coupme is something I was really looking forward to and I want to discuss it with someone, not leave messages with no return calls. What is going on there?

I haven’t had any response from them when I tried to contact them on Lisa’s behalf. I suggest you hassle them via Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CoupMe.

Let us know if that works.

I can no longer get into Coupme.com to retrieve and print a coupon for services I purchased totalling $95. When I try to contact Coupme, I am unsuccessful. Their FB page hasn’t been responded to since late last year, they just disappeared.
