I was a member of Couptessa for a few months. Once I had a problem with a merchant not honoring their certificate. I complained to Couptessa about the problem, but they just told me to talk with the merchant that it wasn’t their responsibility. Groupon never has treated me as poorly as Couptessa support did. I asked Couptessa to delete my account and they didn’t even try to keep me as a customer.
